This international MBA program «Agribusiness» is designed and organized by Kazan State Agrarian University and Wageningen University with the support of Ministries of Agriculture of Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan, and the Ministry of Agriculture of Netherlands. Specifically, this course aims to give students:

 an understanding of economic principles and their effect on business;

 the ability to use effectively business management techniques in an international environment;

 experience in marketing and the development of marketing plans to suit a range of market situations;

 a knowledge of accounting principles, corresponding to international standards of financial reporting;

 confidence in the preparation and use of business accounts;

 an appreciation of international finance and financial management strategies;

 understanding of international agri-business

 the opportunity to prepare, as a part of their final management project, a thorough analysis of a business situation;


Kazan is the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan in Russia and is one of the most beautiful and modern cities in Russia. Being the city of the unique historical monuments, Kazan is included into the UNESCO World Heritage Cities list.
